Satisfaction Guaranteed: "You are satisfied with your lesson, or your money back." If you are not satisfied with any lesson, and you tell me at the time, I will give you your money back for that hour and any other hours paid for but not yet used. This offer does not apply to historical lessons. If you will tell me that you are not satisfied with this lesson, then I will ask you to pull over and secure the car,, and I will drive you back to the normal finish point for your lessons. I will pay you back the money you have already paid me for that particular hour, and any future hours already paid for. If you have paid a discounted price for that hour as part of a promotional block payment, we will calculate the number of hours of this block that you have had to date. These will be charged at my normal rate, rather than the block-discount rate, and I will then repay you the balance. For example, if you have paid a discounted price for 10 hours (say £320), and you are not happy with hour 6, then I would calculate the cost of the first 5 hours used, at normal rate (5 X £32.50=£162.5), and then repay you the balance of £157.50. (these figures are for explanation purposes only). We will then part company. Having wished you well for the future, I will not help you with your driving in the future. |

2-Year Driving Lessons Warranty:
Starts from the day you pass your driving test with Andrew Knight Driving.
Claim up to 8 hours of extra driving lessons if required. You can have up to 4 hours of extra tuition in the first year after passing your Driving Test, and up to another 4 in the second year if you wish, to cover aspects of driving that you have covered pre-Test, or Pass Plus, but have not used since then, or are not confident with. The hours cannot be carried over from one year to the next.
The warranty can cover familiarisation of a new vehicle.
The warranty can cover refresher lessons on any topic covered with Andrew Knight before.
The sessions will take place in your road-legal, fully-fuelled car, in an area and at a time of our mutual convenience.
Road Tax, MOT status, suitable Car Insurance, and your Full Driving Licence will need to be checked at the start of each of the sessions, as well as an eyesight check.
I will not be able to drive your car, and will not be able to control any of aspect of the car's handling. As a Full Licence Holder, you will be fully responsible and liable for the safety of us and other road users, and any property.
These sessions have no financial value to them, are not transferable, and cannot be used for any driving related to any licensing issues.
