If you are approaching ANY potential, possible hazard, I think it is always worth updating your awareness of what is happening around you, so that you can plan your next action. I'm not sure who the Honda driver was, nor what he was trying to achieve.. It is extremely lucky that there were no pedestrians crossing from right to left at the lights, now that the traffic lights have gone red! |
